This policy covers FileRouter, the Mac menu bar app at filerouter.app.

What we collect

FileRouter is a local Mac app. Routing happens on your Mac. We do not operate a FileRouter account system or cloud sync for your routing rules.

If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you send (and standard email metadata). We use that only to respond.

Purchase and trial flows for Mac App Store, Setapp, or direct sales may be handled by those platforms or payment providers under their own policies.

Local data

FileRouter stores routing preferences in its application support folder inside the Mac sandbox container. That data stays on your Mac unless you copy it elsewhere.
